Cohort sizes of 6–20 participants are ideal for hands-on sessions; larger cohorts are supported for awareness programmes with an additional co-facilitator. Virtual Live Instructor-Led

Live interactive sessions delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with screen sharing, collaborative exercises and Q&A. Sessions are structured as 3–4 hour blocks to maintain engagement, with multi-day programmes split across days to allow participants to process material between sessions. Screen-share labs allow participants to follow along in real time. Recordings are provided to all registered participants for post-session review.

FinPay's training programmes are built on modular curricula that can be assembled into either a structured multi-day programme or standalone half-day workshops. Each module is tagged by prerequisite level — Foundation (no prior payments experience required), Practitioner (1–3 years payments background), and Expert (3+ years with specific domain knowledge). For mixed teams, we typically run a Foundation module in parallel with a Practitioner or Expert module, then bring the cohort together for applied exercises using live scheme documentation and real transaction scenarios. This prevents the common problem of senior practitioners sitting through introductory content while junior team members feel lost in advanced sessions. All FinPay training uses real scheme specifications, not simplified analogies — participants leave able to navigate actual Visa and Mastercard operating regulations, MTIP test plans, and ISO standards.

FinPay delivers training both on-site and remotely. On-site delivery is available in the Middle East, Europe, and APAC; we bring all required materials, case study documentation, and lab setups to your location. Remote delivery uses a combination of live facilitated sessions (Zoom/Teams), pre-reading materials distributed in advance, and asynchronous exercises between sessions. For certification preparation workshops (MTIP, ADVT, PCI DSS), on-site delivery is strongly recommended where participants will work through actual test scripts and simulator tooling — hands-on configuration exercises are more effective in person. For foundational and awareness-level programmes, remote delivery performs as well as on-site delivery based on post-training assessment results. Group size is capped at 12 participants for interactive workshops and 25 for lecture-format sessions to maintain quality.
